What information do we collect about you:

We collect your name and email and phone number. You are also paying for your class online to reserve your spot in the class. This is collected by a third party “stripe”.

What do we do with your information?

Your email is used to remind you of when your class is. You will get a reminder email each week (3week classes) reminding you of the class time. Or the one time notification that you receive for your one time visit. Your phone number allows the instructor to contact you with any emergency changes that may happen with the class time or meet date.

The third party that collects your payment is “Stripe”. Refer to their privacy page in order to understand your protections. The Potters Nook offers a partial refund for those who give more than a week’s notice of missing their class. We deduct the %5 fee collected by stripe in order to collect your payment/refunding your payment. We do not refund a no show. Gift card refunds will be assessed regarding the individual request. We are not able to give full refunds for gifts cards but will be happy to give a partial refund upon request.
